Inspired by O2’s ‘Roam Freely’ promise of hassle-free, cost-free travel, this project brought that feeling to life with an airport lounge designed to spark holiday excitement from the moment guests arrive. Travellers were welcomed with their “first drink of the holiday,” surrounded by eye-catching, photo-worthy scenery and travel-inspired decor, all designed to evoke the adventures ahead. For families, the Disney+ room provided a space where kids (and parents) could unwind with movies, turning unexpected delays into a fun, relaxing experience for everyone.

To gain entry, O2 Priority members can download a valid QR code available through Priority which will then be validated at the ‘Welcome Desk’ in the Lounge.
